Howard the Duck's melee attacks have a 30% to cause Wide-Open.
- Duck Rage
When health is below 50%, has a 50% to counter attacks with Really Big Gun.
When health is below 20%, all unarmed melee attacks Exploit Combos.
L1. Quack-Fu Combo (Unarmed Melee) - Howard does a martial arts combo on enemy. Three hits, single attack.
- Buildup (Self)
L2. Light as a Feather (Buff, All Allies) Cooldown 3 rounds.
- Quick Action
- Furtive (1 Round)
Makes all attacks Stealthy.
- Fists of Duckworld (Self, 1 Round)
Makes all Howard's unarmed melee attacks apply Combo Setup.
L6. Spin Kick (Unarmed Melee) - Howard does a spin kick on the enemy. One hit, single attack.
- Deadly Crits
- Exploits Weakened
- Feeble (2 Rounds)
All melee attacks do 20% less damage.
L9. Feathers of Fury (Unarmed Melee, All Enemies) - Howard goes to a fit of rage and starts attacking all enemies viciously. Four hits. Cooldown 1 round.
- Boon Buster
- Blinded (60% chance)
Duck Rage Counter Attack. Really Big Gun (Energy Ranged Gun) - Howard blast the enemy with a self-explanatory named weapon. One hit, Single attack.

- Radiation Exposure
