Bio

General Guy is the leader of the Shy Guys and the mastermind responsible for the numerous robberies in Toad Town during the events of Chapter 4 in Paper Mario. His main base of operations is the Shy Guy's Toy Box. General Guy presumably rules over all Shy Guys loyal to Bowser, although most Shy Guys simply answer to Bowser himself.

Class: Tactician

Single-target attacks against Blasters give him an extra turn.

Passives

Toy Tank - immune to Burning, Bleeding, and Chilled. Very high crit resistance. The bulb can be targeted as well, and destroying it disables Lightning.
Shy Guy Commander - General Guy and his lieutenants have a chance to be joined in battle by Shy Guys.
Relentless - immune to Stun, Cower, Exhaustion, and Prevention effects.
