Freeze Man is an ice-themed Robot Master from Mega Man 7. He was originally built as a prototype robot for non-polluting energy before being modified for combat by Dr. Wily. Based on the theory that high and low temperatures combined are equal to normal temperature, Freeze Man can split the normal temperature in the ambient into high and low temperatures, using the former as energy source and the latter to attack with his Freeze Cracker, a snowflake-like projectile. Freeze Man is a perfectionist and likes to make cool poses. He has great respect for Ice Man.

Becomes Enraged when attacking or being attacked by Scrappers, increasing all stats up to two times. Vulnerable to Critical hits by Blasters.

Robot Master - immune to Bleeding, Poison, Bio attacks, and Fried Circuits

Totally Frozen - immune to Fire debuffs. Ice attacks heal Freeze Man instead of harming him. Replaces Ice debuffs with Chill Out! This further increases all his stats.

Level 2 - Skate Tackle

  • Unarmed Melee
  • One Enemy
  • (special) Exploits Combos - does extra damage to enemies with combo setup
  • (special) Deadly Crits - deals extra damage on critical hits
  • (enemy) Off-Balance - cannot counter attacks
  • (enemy) Combo Setup - next unarmed attack against this target does extra damage
  • (enemy) Fumbling - single-target attacks provoke a counter-attack

Level 6 - Internal Freezing

  • Unarmed Ice Melee
  • (special) Guaranteed Hit
  • (special) Deadly Crits - deals extra damage on critical hits
  • (special) Coldsnap - always crits Chilled targets
  • (enemy) Pressure Points - causes either Weakened, Slowed, Exposed, or Dizzy.
  • (enemy) Cornered - cannot protect allies
  • (enemy) Flanked - single-target attacks against this target provide a follow-up attack

Level 9 - Icicle Rain

  • Ranged Ice Slashing
  • All Enemies
  • (special) Catastrophic - always hits and cannot be protected against
  • (special) Coldsnap - always crits Chilled targets
  • (enemy) Bleeding - takes damage each turn and when attacking
  • (enemy) Pin Cushion - takes extra damage from follow-up and counter attacks
  • (all allies) Icing Up - defense increased.
